RCS organises and runs pre-retirement courses for people who are retiring or facing redundancy. They can be run for groups in-house or for individuals on our open seminars.
Pre-retirement courses for staff at non senior managerial
levels. The content includes the adjustment to retirement, State Benefits and Pensions; occupational and personal pensions, taxation, wills and financial planning. Health and fitness, life after work including opportunities for both voluntary and paid work together with developing new interest, activities are discussed.
It is our policy to work with clients to develop retirement planning programmes to suit their and their employees needs, ranging from half day to 3 day seminars aimed at staff considering retiring within the next 2-3 years – see sample 2 day and 1 day programme.
Early Planning Workshops
A Pre-retirement programme designed to provide staff, still some 10-20 years from retirement, to take stock and receive and discuss information and ideas of the actions they can take now to achieve their goals.
